Before booking
- Confirm the patient is being scheduled through the VHN referral/partnership workflow.
- Have the required patient information available.
- Select the appointment type appropriate for the patient's referral.
- Confirm the patient's contact information before completing the booking.
- Ensure the patient receives the appointment confirmation and any applicable pre-visit instructions.
